New build, Little Gaterounds

Little Gaterounds was a small wooden holiday cottage built in the 1920s, sat in an amazing 23 acres of woodland copse. With the help of our architect, we successfully obtained planning permission to build a replacement house and ultimately demolished the original dwelling.

We undertook every aspect of this build – from buying every item to engaging each and every contractor. The end result was a wonderful large family home in a stunning location.
