Furzefield Copse was purchased in 2006, initially a 1950s house nestled in an amazing woodland plot of 11 acres. Our dream was to build a spacious and timeless classic country home that reflected the beauty of the woodland surrounding it.

We worked tirelessly with architects and local planning to put our vision on to paper and successfully gain the relevant permissions for a new build house, ultimately replacing the existing house.

The build took an amazing amount of true craftsmanship; we used an oak frame and local Horsham stone with plenty of glass and a traditional twist of Mullion windows and an oak overhang. The attention to detail in this project was phenomenal and the end result was simply stunning; a real nod to 21st century living, encompassing a vaulted reception hall and sitting room with first floor gallery. The vast amounts of glass enabled us to make the most of this spectacular setting from every room in the house.
